Refund Policy
The ₹9 paid at registration is a commitment fee that confirms genuine participation and helps reduce automated or casual registrations.
Commitment fee
The ₹9 fee is charged at the time of registration through our payment gateway and confirms your seat for the session on Thursday, 24 September 2026.
Refunds
The ₹9 commitment fee confirms your seat for the Live Masterclass. If you have a question about your payment, write to us through the contact page with your payment ID before the session and we will review your request.
If the session is rescheduled or cancelled
If we reschedule the session, your registration automatically carries over to the new date. If we cancel the session entirely, the commitment fee is refunded to the original payment method.
Duplicate or failed payments
If you were charged more than once, or a payment was debited without a confirmation page, reach us through the contact page (or connect@nxtgentechhub.com) with the payment ID. Verified duplicate charges are refunded to the original payment method.
